Tony Hatch, Mick Jones & Lou Gramm, Holly Knight, JD Souther and Steven Tyler & Joe Perry have all been announced as fresh inductees to the Songwriting Hall of Fame. The ceremony will be held June 13 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Manhattan.

"Each of our 2013 inductees has been responsible for captivating the world with their creativity for decades, serving up a rich variety of songs for our global soundtrack," said Hall chairman Jimmy Webb in a release. "We are looking forward to celebrating their contributions at our Annual Awards Gala." Perhaps the biggest addition to the hall of fame this year is Aerosmith. Co-founded in 1970 by Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, the band comprised them, guitarist Ray Tabano, bassist Tom Hamilton and drummer Joey Kramer. Tyler and Perry were recently announced as the next recipients of ASCAP's Founders Award, too. 2013 still has a lot of unannounced awards - The Abe Olman Publisher Award, Sammy Cahn Lifetime Achievement Award, the Towering Song Award, the Towering Performance Award and the Hal David Starlight Award all all still to be handed out this year.

Aside from his songwriting and rock star performances, Tyler very much indulged himself in the lifestyle that befitted his stature. He spent, "Probably, realistically, 5 or 6 [million], easy” on cocaine, according to TMZ. “You could also say I snorted half of Peru, but, you know, it's what we did."
