Adele plans to fly solo on her next album - she wants to take full responsibility for producing and mixing the songs.
The Rolling in the Deep hitmaker is already writing tracks for the follow-up to her global smash hit 21, which topped the charts in 10 countries earlier this year (11).
The Brit is in the process of moving into a new home and is arranging to have a recording studio installed at the property - and she's determined to have complete creative control over her next record.
Adele tells rock magazine Q, "I want to write it all, record it all, produce it all and master it on my own. I think it'll take a lot longer because I want to do it this way. When I move house in the summer my sound engineer is going to come and help me install a studio and teach me how to use it."
