Rockers Tool Have Won A Long-running Legal Battle With Bosses Of Their Insurance Company And Are Finally Heading Back Into The Studio After A Nine-year Absence.

Tool filed a countersuit to defend themselves, and the lawsuit finally went to trial in January (15) after being passed around several Los Angeles courts.
