Adam Deacon has ''weird fans'' that talk to him ''in riddles''.

The 28-year-old actor - who recently won the Orange Rising Star BAFTA award, beating Tom Hiddleston and Chris Hemsworth to the title - admits he enjoys having people know who he is but does have some unusual fans too.

Speaking at the UK premiere of his new movie 'Payback Season' at London's Odeon Covent Garden, he told BANG Showbiz: ''I've got some lovely fans but I've also got some weird fans. Well not weird but they talk in riddles on Twitter, there's a few in particular that tweet me once a week and I just don't understand them. I've realised that I've got some very weird people following my career right now.''

Adam plays premiership footballer Jerome - who is being blackmailed by former gang-mates - in the movie, and despite the lifestyles many soccer players can have, he admits he is not envious about anything apart from their wages.

He added: ''I don't envy footballers but I do envy the money they earn- when you're dealing with UK films you hardly make any money.''

Also attending the premiere of the movie - which will be released on March 9 - was the film's director Danny Donnelly and fellow actor Leo Gregory.
