Monday produced the smallest audience for this year's coverage of the Vancouver Olympics -- if an audience of 21.07 million can be judged "small." The three-hour telecast peaked during the 9 00 p.m. half hour with 21.85 million viewers. But despite the huge numbers for the NBC telecast, ABC's counterprogramming with the all-new two-hour edition of the bachelor -- The Women Tell All attracted a solid 11.23 million viewers. As it has during most of the Olympics, CBS aired repeats, which nevertheless drew decent numbers. Two and a Half Men , for example, drew 10.27 million viewers. It was followed by a rerun of The Big Bang Theory that captured 9.13 million viewers.
