Late TV mogul Aaron Spelling's famous Hollywood estate is already on the market less than two weeks after his death, according to Internet reports. Spelling's widow, CANDY, has secretly put the mega-mansion and its accompanying land up for sale at a price of $150 million (GBP83.3 million), according to website TMZ.com. The estate is reportedly being offered around select realtors and buyers. The estate, located near the Playboy mansion in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, cost $47 million (GBP26.1 million) to build in 1991. Spelling died on 23 June (06) after suffering a stroke.
