Former child star Aaron Carter is set to complete a career comeback by heading into the studio to work on a new album.
The 24-year-old singer, who shot to fame as a young pop star in the 1990s, hasn't released an album since 2002's Another Earthquake and has recently been attempting to get back on track following a stint in rehab last year (11).
He landed a role in an off-Broadway play, The Fantasticks, in November (11) and now he has confirmed he is preparing to take on the charts once again.
Carter tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, "My goal is to get it (the album) out by December, which probably won't happen because I am being so critical on myself. I want the best."
