The news of little Lei Li Agostina Maria's birth was posted on the singer's Puscifier Instagram.com page on Tuesday (29Jul14).
Keenan also has an 18-year-old son, named Devo.
Rocker Josh Freese has quit cult group A Perfect Circle after 13 years.
The drummer announced his decision via Twitter.com on Tuesday (02Oct12), insisting he has "no plans of returning."
Freese added, "Apologies to those inquiring about the upcoming shows."

Coldplay say fans can "burn" their new album if they don't like it.
The group released their fifth LP 'Mylo Xyloto' this week and have given many unusual reasons why people should purchase the record.
Asked what people can expect from the album, frontman Chris Martin joked: "I think its one of our roundest albums, it's almost A Perfect Circle of a CD, it costs less than £20 and if you don't like it you can always burn it to get some warmth, so it's a three-pronged reason to buy it."

The drummer and band regular Taylor York's brother Justin have been drafted in to take over from the Farro brothers, Zac and Josh, who quit the group late last year (10).
The Farro siblings, who founded the group with singer Hayley Williams and bassist Jeremy Davis in 2004, left the band after a show in Orlando, Florida on 12 December (10), citing ongoing tensions between them, the frontwoman and management officials for the break-up.
In a tweet to fans, Williams is keen to make it clear that neither Freese nor York will become full-time members of the band: "(They're) just helping us for the South American tour."

American rock band A Perfect Circle have returned from a self-imposed five-year hiatus to embark on a U.S. tour this autumn (10).
The band, led by Tool singer Maynard James Keenan and guitarist Billy Howerdel, announced its hiatus in 2005.
Keenan focused on Tool and worked on developing his Arizona wine company, while Howerdel went on to form rock group Ashes Divide.
But now the pair is partnering up once again, for a five-city tour in Arizona, Washington, Nevada and California.

The singer/songwriter's new venture in Arizona will include a tasting room for the wines he produces in the state and a food court.
The rock star tells Spinner.com, "I've been working with a few chefs around the Southwest, learning how to make spaghetti's and pastas and gnocchis and various soup stocks. We're going to be packaging our own stuff right there and serving it fresh with the tastings."

Dillon was forced to leave the group's current US tour because of his struggle with a heart condition. The group postponed one show and cut short another when the drummer collapsed backstage.
Eccentric TOOL frontman Maynard James Keenan has caused confusion amongst his fans after professing to finding JESUS in a recent website posting.
Devotees of the singer, who also fronts A Perfect Circle, can't be sure that the message isn't an April Fool's Day prank, but Keenan and his publicists are refusing to comment on the posting.
When MTV NEWS attempted to delve further into the story and reports that Tool have split, Keenan emailed them back saying: "I did, in fact, find Jesus. More news to follow. God bless ya."
