The TAKE ON ME star has joined up with his girlfriend ANNE METTE to produce what they think is the perfect bread for those who avoid eating wheat.
Anne's wheat-free bread is apparently made with spelt flour - which Morten, 43, calls "the original flour - and the dough has to rise three times."
One of Norway's largest bakeries has contacted the singer with a view to him producing and selling it.
Morten says, "The way this bread is made is the result of many funny experiments. The need was to find a simple and good bread that could serve as a basis in any meal and that is simply Anne Mette's spelt bread."16/06/2003 13:54
