50 Cent's son has landed a $700,000 modelling contract.

The rapper's youngest child, two-year-old Sire - with whom he has with his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy - has been snapped up by the charity Kidz Safe and is set to make a big payout from it.

Speaking in a radio interview with Angie Martinez, the star said of his son: ''He's got a (modelling) deal now with Kidz Safe. It's an audio company. They paid him a big payment too: $700,000.''

And the 39-year-old hunk can see why the company are happy to splash the cash on the toddler as he's got the right look.

He added: ''He's super cute! You gotta pay for it.''

50 Cent - whose real name is Curtis Jackson - is enjoying watching the little one grow up and reach new milestones.

He explained: ''I have so much fun with him, man; even my spirit change. '' light up when I talk about him. He's at the point where he repeats everything.''

The 'Candy Shop' hitmaker also has 17-year-old son Marquise from his relationship with Shaniqua Tompkins but he has admitted he doesn't have a connection with the teenager anymore.

He explained: ''I don't speak to him. With him that situation is so complex that I think over time [Marquise's mother] has instilled her entitlement. My grandfather taught me your enemies' enemy is your friend... You may not necessarily have an altercation with that person, but they'll side with someone they think has an altercation with you on the common ground of disliking you.''
