The hip hop star challenged the undefeated boxer to read one full page of a 'Harry Potter' book, if successful 50 would donate $750,000 to a charity of Mayweather's choice.
50 Cent is known for being involved in several feud's over the years, and it seems his beef with boxing champion Floyd Mayweather hasn't subsided in the slightest, which is clear when the rap star was about to participate in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
The stars were once friends, but now seem to be enemies
However, when 50 uploaded a video via Instagram on Thursday (Aug 21st), he did not mention the ALS Foundation nor did he poor a bucket of ice-cold water of his head, instead the 39 year-old called out Mayweather to an "ELS challenge."
"This is a special ALS/ELS challenge for you Floyd," the hip hop star said in the clip. "If you could read one full page of a 'Harry Potter' book ... I'll give $750,000 to whatever charitable organization you want to."
"F--- the bucket of ice, man," 50 said at the end, which showed him throwing a bucket of water into his backyard.
To further taunt the undefeated boxer, the 'Candy Shop' rapper captioned the photo, "Floyd will you except my ALS/ESL CHALLENGE: I will donate $750k to a charity of your choice, If you can read a full page out of a Harry Potter book out loud without starting and stopping or f--king up. lmao."
Several hours later, 50 posted another pic of Mayweather and mimicked him in the caption, which read, "DAMN I CAN'T READ THAT WHOLE PAGE NOW. F-ck you 50, Lmao."
He also shared another video, and explained if Floyd accepts the challenge, Jimmy Kimmel will put it on his iTunes show. But 50 then spoke directly to his rival, saying, "we don't wanna put pressure on you.we know you can't pronounce those words in the 'Harry Potter' book, so we gonna let you read 'The Cat in the Hat.'"
The rapper is still waiting on Mayweather's response.
