Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny Living Together In Los Angeles

Gillian Anderson David Duchovny 1997

Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny : the two stars of the X Files became one of the most popular TV pairings of all time. However, from now on we may be referring to them as Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny , the hottest new celebrity couple in town, if gossip website Celeb Dirty Laundry are to be believed anyway.

No sooner has Anderson split from her boyfriend of six years Mark Griffiths, than she's apparently moved in with Duchovny in Los Angeles. A source revealed that the pair have actually been in a serious relationship for some time now and she and her children are enjoying living with the Californication star. It's certainly been a long time coming for the pair, whose chemistry on The X-Files was often the source of tabloid stories concerning the extent of their relationship. They worked together between 1993 and 2002, before starring in the movie version of the sci-fi crime show in 2008. Anderson has twice been married and had one child with her first husband and two more with Griffith. David married Tea Leoni in 1997, with the couple having two children together before reportedly getting quietly divorced in 2009. Back in May this year, the New York Post spotted the actor apartment-hunting in New York, fuelling speculation that he was now single.

Cuba Gooding Jr - Arrest Warrant Issued For Municipal Battery

Cuba Gooding Junior 1997

Cuba Gooding Jr is a wanted man. An arrest warrant has been issued for the 44 year old actor following an incident in a Bourbon Street bar in New Orleans. In a news release, police have revealed that Cuba was in the bar at around 3am yesterday (July 31, 2012) when he started to get a little upset with some of the other patrons, who wanted to have their photo taken with him.

When a bartender asked the Jerry Maguire star to calm down, he allegedly pushed her, according to a report from Huffington Post. She told him that he should leave and he then pushed her again, the report claims. She also told him that the police had been called. Before the police could arrive at the bar, Cuba had left. A warrant has been issued for his arrest, for municipal battery, which is a misdemeanour offence. If the allegations are true, Cuba Gooding Jr. may need to be re-named Cuba Badding Jr. The public don't take kindly to incidences such as these, especially when it involves a female victim. Cuba Gooding Jr's publicist was apparently not available for comment on the matter. The actor's whereabouts are currently unclear but it does not seem that he has turned himself in, as yet.

Cuba Gooding Jr. is best known for his dramatic roles in movies such as Jerry Maguire, As Good As It Gets and Men of Honour. In 1997 he won an Academy Award for his role in Jerry Maguire, for Best Actor in a Supporting Role.

We're excited about this at Contactmusic towers, so below are five defining career moments in Run Dmc's history.

If Beastie Boys are often given the credit for being among the first to mix rap with rock to such a huge response, then Run Dmc were right there with them, 'Rock Box' seeing Simmons and Dmc spitting rhymes over a crunching rock riff. Their hugely popular smash hit 'Walk This Way' with Aerosmith may have truly cemented their reputation as rap-rock crossover artists, but it was 'Rock Box' that blazed the trail.

Bill Cosby: Death Of Trayvon Martin Down To Guns

Bill Cosby CNN 1997

Bill Cosby has explained that he thinks guns are to blame for deaths such as Trayvon Martin's, not race. Martin was shot dead in February 2012, aged 17, whilst he was walking home from convenience store, to his father's house. The man that admitted shooting him - George Zimmerman - told investigating police officers that he had done so in self-defence.

Talking on CNN's 'State of the Union,' the veteran comedian said "It doesn't make any difference if he's racist or not racist. If he's scared to death and not a racist, it's still a confrontational provoking of something". Cosby has personal history of gun crime. His son Ennis was shot and killed in 1997, whilst he changed a tyre just off a Southern freeway. The gunman, Michael Markhasev was convicted the following year of killing Ennis Cosby during the bungled robbery.

Can Titanic 3d Sink 'The Hunger Games'?

James Cameron 1997 Gary Ross Jennifer Lawrence

Director James Cameron will discover whether his 1997 epic Titanic can resonate with the younger generation when it hits cinemas in 3-D this weekend. Older fans of the movie will no doubt be intrigued to see how the movie has developed, though studio bosses will be eager to tap into the youth market - currently dominated by The Hunger Games.

So does Titanic 3-D really stand a chance against Hollywood's newest box-office hit - a movie that took over $100 million during its opening weekend? Gary Ross' dystopian sci-fi drama stars Jennifer Lawrence as a girl who volunteers to fight to the death in her country's annual 'Hunger Games' - a competition that pits 24 children against each other in a bloody death match. It's a million miles from the adversity facing Titanic's Kate and Jack, though the recent trend in Hollywood blockbusters - Harry Potter, Twilight and The Hunger Games - suggest cinemagoers want something with a little more bite from their big-budget affairs. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Titanic got off to an impressive start following previews on Wednesday (April 4, 2012), taking around $6 million for the day. That would suggest a possible five-day opening of $27 million to $30 million, which could see it pip The Hunger Games to the top spot.

Titanic 3d Producer Turns Attention To Avatar Sequel

Jon Landau James Cameron Kate Winslet 1997

Titanic 3D producer Jon Landau has been busy on the promotional tour for the reboot of the Oscar winning drama, though while director James Cameron and actress Kate Winslet have been quizzed on what it was like shooting the movie back in 1997, those interviewing Landau have had a different film in mind.

The producer will team up with Cameron once again for the Avatar sequel, which is expected to be another huge-grossing blockbuster (the first film took over $1 billion at the box office). It's likely that SAM WORTINGTON will return to 'Pandora' for the movie, though its release could still be years away. The last time Landau spoke in public about the movie, he predicted it was still around 4 years from release and during a recent interview with Empire magazine he wasn't any more optimistic, saying, "We're not naming dates, but I think 2014 will be a tough date for us to make. It's about getting it right. Movies make release dates; release dates don't make movies". However, fans of the first movie needn't worry that Cameron and Landau are twiddling their thumbs, with the producer saying, "We've started already.WETA (conceptual design company) are already working and we have our core team, (animation supervisor) Richie Baneham and (digital effects supervisor) Nolan Murtha, working with us. And we're working on underwater performance-capture".

Titanic 3d: James Cameron Reshoots Scene After 'Snarky' Email

James Cameron Kate Winslet 1997 Billy Zane Leonardo Dicaprio Quentin Tarantino

Titanic director James Cameron has admitted re-shooting a scene in which Kate Winslet's character Rose is seen clinging onto a piece of driftwood in order to survive the ship's sinking. An integral scene in the original film, Cameron says he re-shot the sky for the 3D version after receiving a "snarky" email from an American astronomer.

Leading expert Neil deGrasse Tyson alerted Cameron to the fact that in the Atlantic in April 1912, Rose would not have seen the star field included in the 1997 movie. The director challenged him to send an exact star map which he then included in the 3D relaunch, telling USA Today, "And with my reputation as a perfectionist, I should have known that and I should have put the right star field in.So I said 'All right, send me the right stars for that exact time and I'll put it in the movie". It's the only major technical change to the Oscar-winning drama, which hits cinemas in the UK on Friday (April 6, 2012). Original stars including Kate Winslet and Billy Zane have taken part in an extensive promotional tour in recent weeks, though Leonardo Dicaprio has been unable to attend due to commitments to Quentin Tarantino's new movie Django Unchained.

Kate Winslet: James Lost His Temper On Titanic Set

Kate Winslet James Cameron 1997

Kate Winslet has finally spoken about James Cameron's behaviour on the set of the 1997 movie Titanic, admitting that he lost his temper on numerous occasions. At the time, stories began to emerge as to how Cameron, clearly under pressure to deliver the huge-budget movie, was treating the crew.

Though it eventually made hundreds of millions at the box-office, the production was dogged by delays, over-running costs and the director's apparent fiery temper. Speaking at the premiere of the 3D version of the movie, Winslet told the Press Association, "Yes, it was hard, but no one ever said it was going to be easy. When all the stories started emerging about how tough it had been and Jim Cameron being mean to everybody and costs over-running, I went, wait a minute, what makes these people think they can speculate about all of this? They weren't there". When pushed on whether the rumors were indeed true, Winslet was up-front, explaining, "Yes, he lost his temper, but he only ever lost his temper for really, really good reasons. Like we would spend days literally setting up a shot, and if someone isn't doing his job and dumps water 10 seconds too late, then we've got to start over. ... Yeah, I could understand that man getting a little (ticked) off".
